When Broken Shards ends, you release the stacks in an 8 meter blast, dealing 920 Physical Damage to enemies hit and applying Major Maim to them for 3 seconds per stack of Broken Shards consumed, reducing their damage done by 10%. The damage scales off your Max Health.
